TUFF Chick Class: 6-Week Women's Self Defense Training
This is the 6-week women's T.U.F.F. Chick self-defense and fitness class at Branson Karate club. T.U.F.F. stands for Tough, Unstoppable, Fearless and Free.
We are offering two separate, 6-week sessions for Summer of 2026!
Session 1 - Tuesdays 11:30 am: Meets for 6 Sundays June 9 thru July 14, 2026
Session 2 - Sundays 5 pm: Meets for 6 Sundays June 14th thru July 19, 2026
You will gain strength, flexibility, knowledge and the ability to protect yourself. The class is equally focused on safety and prevention strategies as well as real-life techniques you can use to escape an attack.
NOTE: This class is for all ages of women. We accept women as young as 13 years old all the way to 95 years old! Minors will need a parent or guardian's permission to attend.
Here's what you can expect each Wednesday:
- Strength and flexibility exercises
- Bag work on punching targets and heavy bags
- 3 new self defense techniques (total of 12 by the end of the 6-week course)
- Personal safety tricks and tips
- A fun group of gals as well as a knowledgeable and experienced instructor
You will receive... T.U.F.F. Chick personal safety kit (Contains class curriculum, exercises and self defense tips)

You will learn real techniques that are effective no matter the size and strength of an attacker. Class is taught by a female instructor and certified trainer, Mrs. Vashon Borich-Leach.
We will meet weekly. Choose which session will work best for you.
All classes are held at Branson Karate, 3000 Green Mountain Dr., Branson, MO 65616.
