This is to purchase six (6) full months of karate classes with attendance of 2 days per week.
- If paid in full, No additional class payments are needed until the end of the 6 month term.
- If on the monthly payment plan, the first month is paid here. Then each month after is will be on a monthly autopay. You will be contacted to set up autopay.
- Payments are due on or before the 10th day of each month.
At the end of the 6-month term, a renewal will be required. Prices may stay the same or increase at the end of the term. No contracts.
